INGREDIENTS (MAKES 4 SANDWICHES):

  • 8 slices of sandwich bread
  • 1 cup grated cheese (mozzarella + cheddar mix)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small tomato, finely chopped (remove seeds)
  • 1 small bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander or parsley
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • ½ tsp oregano or Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp milk or cream
  • Butter for greasing (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. PREPARE THE TOPPING MIXTURE:

    • Beat 2 eggs in a bowl.
    • Add chopped onion, tomato, bell pepper, coriander, and grated cheese.
    • Mix in salt, pepper, chili flakes, oregano, and milk.

  • 1 TSP DRIED THYME
  • 1 TSP ROSEMARY
  • 1 BAY LEAF (OPTIONAL)
  • 1 LB BABY POTATOES
  • 1 LB BABY CARROTS
  • SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. SEASON BEEF WITH SALT & PEPPER. COAT LIGHTLY WITH FLOUR IF USING.
  2. HEAT OIL IN A LARGE POT. BROWN BEEF IN BATCHES. SET ASIDE.
  3. SAUTÉ ONION & GARLIC UNTIL SOFT AND FRAGRANT.
  4. STIR IN TOMATO PASTE, BROTH, WORCESTERSHIRE, THYME, ROSEMARY, AND BAY LEAF.
  5. ADD BEEF BACK TO THE POT. COVER AND SIMMER 1 HOUR.
  6. ADD POTATOES AND CARROTS. SIMMER 45–60 MINUTES UNTIL TENDER.
  7. REMOVE BAY LEAF. TASTE AND ADJUST SEASONING IF NEEDED.
  8. SERVE HOT WITH BREAD OR RICE.

Gâteau magique à la vanille ✨🍮

Ces deux desserts sur la photo sont de vrais classiques moelleux : le premier ressemble à un gâteau magique à la vanille, et le second à des petits flans coco ou muffins à la noix de coco. Voici la recette des deux, avec des emojis gourmands !


1. Gâteau magique à la vanille ✨🍮

Ingrédients :

  • 4 œufs 🥚
  • 125 g de sucre en poudre
  • 1 cuillère à soupe d’eau
  • 125 g de beurre fondu 🧈
  • 115 g de farine
  • 1 pincée de sel 🧂
  • 500 ml de lait tiède 🥛
  • 1 cuillère à café d’extrait de vanille 🍦

Préparation :

  1. Préchauffe ton four à 150°C (300°F).
  2. Sépare les blancs des jaunes d’œufs.
  3. Bats les jaunes avec le sucre et l’eau jusqu’à ce que le mélange blanchisse.
  4. Ajoute le beurre fondu, puis la farine, le sel et la vanille.
  5. Verse le lait tiède petit à petit en fouettant.
  6. Monte les blancs en neige ferme et incorpore-les délicatement (la pâte sera liquide avec des morceaux de blancs, c’est normal !).
  7. Verse dans un moule beurré ou des moules individuels.
  8. Enfourne pendant 50–60 minutes.
  9. Laisse refroidir, puis mets au frais au moins 2 h avant de servir.

Résultat : 3 couches magiques – flan, crème et génoise !


2. Flans à la noix de coco 🥥🧁

Ingrédients :

  • 3 œufs 🥚
  • 100 g de sucre
  • 200 ml de lait concentré sucré
  • 100 ml de lait 🥛
  • 100 g de noix de coco râpée 🥥
  • 1 sachet de sucre vanillé

Préparation :

  1. Préchauffe le four à 180°C (350°F).
  2. Dans un saladier, bats les œufs avec le sucre et la vanille.
  3. Ajoute les laits et la noix de coco.
  4. Verse dans des moules à muffins ou caissettes en papier.
  5. Enfourne 25–30 minutes, jusqu’à ce que ce soit bien doré.
  6. Laisse refroidir et régale-toi !
