Creamy Baked Milk Custard

 










Ingredients:


4 cups milk ๐Ÿฅ›

1/2 cup sugar (or sugar substitute) ๐Ÿฌ


2 tbsp butter, melted ๐Ÿงˆ


1/4 cup flour (optional, for thicker texture) ๐ŸŒพ


1 tsp vanilla extract ๐Ÿฆ


A pinch of salt ๐Ÿง‚



Optional flavor boosts:


Zest of 1 lemon ๐Ÿ‹

Instructions:


1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) ๐Ÿ”ฅ



2. In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until smooth ๐Ÿฅ„



3. Add in melted butter, milk, vanilla, salt (and lemon zest if using) ๐ŸŒ€



4. Whisk in flour if you want a firmer custard ✨
