Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour 🌾
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt πŸ§‚
  • ¾ cup plain yogurt or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil πŸ›’️

For Garlic Butter:

  • 3 tbsp butter 🧈
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced πŸ§„

Instructions:

  1. Make the Dough
    In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add yogurt and olive oil, then knead until soft and smooth. Rest for 10 minutes.

  2. Divide & Roll
    Split dough into 4–6 pieces. Roll each piece into a thin oval or round.

  3. Cook the Flatbreads πŸ”₯
    Heat a dry skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each flatbread for 1–2 minutes per side until golden spots appear.

  4. Make the Garlic Butter
    Melt butter in a pan, add garlic, and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant (don’t let it burn!). Stir in parsley.
