1 cup brewed coffee, cooled ☕

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk egg yolks and sugar until light and creamy. đ
2. Add mascarpone cheese and mix until smooth. đ§➡️đĽ
3. In another bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. đĽ✨
4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture. đ¤
5. Mix coffee and liqueur together in a shallow dish. ☕đ¸
6. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture (don’t soak too long!) ☕➡️đŞ
7. Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers in a glass dish. đŞ➡️đ˝️
8. Spread half the cream mixture on top. đĽ
9. Repeat layers, ending with cream on top. đ
10. Dust generously with cocoa powder. đŤ☁️
