Easy Tiramisu Recipe

Ingredients:


3 egg yolks 🥚🥚🥚


1/2 cup sugar 🍚


1 cup mascarpone cheese 🧀


1 cup heavy whipping cream 🥛


1 cup brewed coffee, cooled ☕


2 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional) 🍸


1 pack ladyfinger cookies 🍪


Cocoa powder for dusting 🍫

Instructions:


1. In a bowl, whisk egg yolks and sugar until light and creamy. 🎂



2. Add mascarpone cheese and mix until smooth. 🧀➡️🥄



3. In another bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. 🥛✨



4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture. 🤎

Butter Cookies Recipe
