Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry (thawed) ๐ง
1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar) ๐ง
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers ๐ถ️
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped ๐ง
1/4 cup corn or chopped spinach ๐ฝ๐ฅฌ
1 egg (for egg wash) ๐ฅ
Salt & pepper to taste ๐ง
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) ๐ฅ.
2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into wide strips ⬜.
3. On one half of each strip, layer cheese, veggies, salt, and pepper ๐ง๐ถ️.
4. Fold over the strip and give it a gentle twist ๐.
5. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper ๐.
6. Brush with egg wash ๐ฅ for that golden shine.
7. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden and puffed ๐✨.

Ham & Cheese Puff Braid ๐๐ง๐ฅ
Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry ๐ง
6 slices ham or cooked bacon ๐ฅ
1/2 cup shredded cheese (Swiss or mozzarella) ๐ง
1 egg (for egg wash) ๐ฅ
Fresh parsley for garnish ๐ฟ
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) ๐ฅ.
2. Roll out the pastry and place ham and cheese in the center ๐ฒ.
3. Cut strips on both sides of the filling diagonally ๐ช.
4. Fold the strips over the filling, alternating sides for the braid look ๐.
5. Brush with egg wash ๐ฅ and bake for 20–25 minutes.
6. Garnish with parsley when cooled a bit ๐ฟ.
