Pรฃo de Queijo (Brazilian Cheese Bread)

 









Gluten-free & super fluffy!


Ingredients:


1 cup milk ๐Ÿฅ›


1/2 cup oil (like vegetable or olive) ๐Ÿ›ข️


1 tsp salt ๐Ÿง‚


2 cups tapioca flour ๐ŸŒฟ


1 to 1 1/2 cups grated cheese (Parmesan or mozzarella) ๐Ÿง€


2 eggs ๐Ÿฅš๐Ÿฅš



Instructions:


1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) ๐Ÿ”ฅ



2. In a saucepan, heat milk, oil, and salt until it just starts to boil ๐Ÿซ–



3. Remove from heat and stir in tapioca flour until smooth ๐Ÿฅ„



4. Let cool slightly, then mix in the eggs and cheese ๐Ÿง€๐Ÿฅš



5. Pour or scoop batter into greased muffin cups ๐Ÿง



6. Bake for 15–20 minutes until puffed and golden ⏱️



7. Let cool slightly and enjoy warm! ๐Ÿ˜‹
