π§π₯ SAVORY VEGETABLE & HAM LOAF
INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ cups ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
1 tbsp BAKING POWDER
4 EGGS
½ cup MILK
¼ cup VEGETABLE OIL
1 cup DICED COOKED HAM
1 cup SHREDDED CHEESE (CHEDDAR OR YOUR CHOICE)
½ cup RED BELL PEPPER, DICED
½ cup GREEN BELL PEPPER, DICED
½ cup GRATED CARROT
2 tbsp CHOPPED PARSLEY
½ tsp SALT
¼ tsp BLACK PEPPER
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°F (175°C).
2. GREASE A LOAF PAN OR LINE WITH PARCHMENT PAPER.
3. WHISK TOGETHER EGGS, MILK, AND OIL IN A BOWL.
4. ADD HAM, CHEESE, PEPPERS, CARROT, PARSLEY, SALT, AND PEPPER.
5. STIR IN FLOUR AND BAKING POWDER. MIX UNTIL JUST COMBINED.
6. POUR BATTER INTO THE LOAF PAN.
7. BAKE FOR 40–50 MINUTES, UNTIL GOLDEN AND A TOOTHPICK COMES OUT CLEAN.
8. COOL SLIGHTLY BEFORE SLICING.
