Homemade Whipped Cream

Homemade Whipped Cream 🍦🥛


Ingredients:


1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold) 🥛


2 tbsp powdered sweetener (or sugar-free alternative) 🍯


1 tsp vanilla extract 🌿



Instructions:

1️⃣ Chill the bowl & beaters ❄️ – Place a mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 15 minutes.

2️⃣ Pour the cream 🥛 into the chilled bowl.

3️⃣ Add sweetener & vanilla 🍯🌿.

4️⃣ Whip it up! 🌀 Use a hand mixer or whisk and beat on medium-high speed until soft peaks form (about 2-4 minutes).

5️⃣ Enjoy! 🍨 Use it on desserts, fruits, coffee, or eat it as is! 🍓☕


💡 Tip: Don’t overwhip, or it’ll turn into butter! 🧈😆

Pineapple Creamy Delight

Ingredients:


For the Crust:


1 cup crushed sugar-free biscuits (or graham crackers)


¼ cup melted butter



For the Filling:


8 oz cream cheese, softened


1 cup heavy whipping cream


½ cup sugar-free sweetener (or adjust to taste)


1 tbsp lemon juice


2 cups chopped fresh or canned pineapple (drained if using canned)



Instructions:


1️⃣ Prepare the Crust:


Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter.


Press the mixture into the bottom of a pan.


Refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes while preparing the filling.



2️⃣ Make the Filling:


In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.


In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sweetener, and lemon juice until smooth.


Gently fold in the whipped cream.



3️⃣ Assemble the Dessert:


Add half of the chopped pineapple into the creamy mixture.


Spread the mixture evenly over the crust.


Top with the remaining pineapple pieces.



4️⃣ Chill & Serve:


Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours (or overnight for best results).


Garnish with fresh mint (optional) and serve chilled!

Baked Custard Pudding

🥛 2 cups milk (warm)


🥚 3 eggs


🍯 1/3 cup honey (or preferred sweetener)


🧂 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


🌿 A pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon (optional)



Instructions:


1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2️⃣ In a bowl, whisk eggs + honey + vanilla until smooth.

3️⃣ Slowly add warm milk while stirring.

4️⃣ Pour into a baking dish or ramekins.

5️⃣ Place the dish in a larger pan filled with hot water (for a water bath).

6️⃣ Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and a knife comes out clean.

7️⃣ Let cool & sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.

2 tsp instant yeast 🍞


½ cup warm milk 🥛

2 tbsp unsalted butter (softened) 🧈


1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp milk (for egg wash) 🥄



Instructions 👩‍🍳


1️⃣ Prepare the dough: Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl. Add warm milk, heavy cream, and egg. Mix until combined.


2️⃣ Knead: Add butter and knead for 10-12 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.


3️⃣ First rise ⏳: Cover and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.


4️⃣ Shape: Divide dough into 6 pieces. Roll each into an oval, fold, and place in a greased loaf pan.


5️⃣ Second rise ⏳: Cover and let rise for another 45 minutes.


6️⃣ Egg wash & bake: Brush with egg wash and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

🥩 1 lb ground beef or lamb

🧅 1 small onion, chopped

🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced

🥕 1/2 cup diced carrots

🌽 1/2 cup corn (optional)

🫛 1/2 cup peas

🍅 2 tbsp tomato paste

🥫 1/2 cup beef broth

🧂 Salt & pepper to taste

🛢️ 1 tbsp olive oil

🧈 2 tbsp butter

🥔 2 cups mashed potatoes

🧀 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)


Instructions


1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onions & garlic until soft.

3️⃣ Add ground meat & cook until browned. Drain excess fat.

4️⃣ Stir in carrots, corn, peas, tomato paste, and broth. Simmer for 5 minutes.

5️⃣ Transfer mixture to a baking dish & spread mashed potatoes on top.

6️⃣ Sprinkle cheese if using & bake for 25-30 min until golden brown.

Cheesy Baked Chicken Rolls

Ingredients:


2 large chicken breasts 🐔 (cut into thin slices)


1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 🧀


½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀


1 cup spinach, chopped 🌿


½ cup cream cheese 🥄


1 tsp garlic powder 🧄


1 tsp Italian seasoning 🌿


Salt & pepper to taste 🧂


1 tbsp olive oil 🫒


½ cup marinara sauce 🍅 (optional)



Instructions:


1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) 🔥.

2️⃣ Mix mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, cream cheese, garlic powder, and seasoning in a bowl 🥣.

3️⃣ Flatten chicken slices and spread the cheesy mixture on top 🍗.

4️⃣ Roll up the chicken tightly and place it seam-side down in a baking dish 🍽️.

5️⃣ Brush with olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown 🔥.

6️⃣ Top with marinara sauce (optional) and extra cheese, then broil for 3-5 minutes until bubbly 🧀🔥.
