1 cup unsalted butter, softened 🧈
½ cup powdered sugar 🍚

1️⃣ Cream butter & sugar: In a bowl, beat butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. 🎂
2️⃣ Mix dry ingredients: Sift flour, cornstarch, and salt. Slowly mix into the butter mixture. Add vanilla extract.
3️⃣ Shape: Roll the dough into a log, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for 30 minutes. ❄️
4️⃣ Slice & bake: Cut into rounds and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 15-18 minutes or until lightly golden.
