Creamy Orange Chia Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 3 tablespoons sugar or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut or milk powder for extra creaminess
- Fresh orange slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the milk, orange juice, sugar, vanilla extract, and orange zest.
- Whisk well until everything is fully mixed.
- Add the chia seeds and stir thoroughly.
- Let the mixture sit for 5 to 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumps.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 3 to 4 hours, or overnight.
- Once the pudding thickens, stir again and pour into small jars or dessert cups.
- Garnish with fresh orange slices and serve chilled.
