Creamy Orange Chia Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons sugar or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut or milk powder for extra creaminess
  • Fresh orange slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the milk, orange juice, sugar, vanilla extract, and orange zest.
  2. Whisk well until everything is fully mixed.
  3. Add the chia seeds and stir thoroughly.
  4. Let the mixture sit for 5 to 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumps.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 3 to 4 hours, or overnight.
  6. Once the pudding thickens, stir again and pour into small jars or dessert cups.
  7. Garnish with fresh orange slices and serve chilled.
