HONEY GARLIC ROSEMARY BAKED CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS
- 2 LARGE CHICKEN BREASTS
- 3 TBSP OLIVE OIL
- 3 TBSP HONEY
- 1 TBSP DIJON MUSTARD
- 3 CLOVES GARLIC, MINCED
- 1 TBSP FRESH ROSEMARY (OR 1 TSP DRIED)
- SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
INSTRUCTIONS
1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 400°F (200°C).
2. PLACE CHICKEN BREASTS IN A BAKING DISH.
3. MIX OLIVE OIL, HONEY, MUSTARD, GARLIC, ROSEMARY, SALT & PEPPER IN A BOWL.
4. POUR MIXTURE OVER CHICKEN. COAT EVENLY.
5. BAKE FOR 25–30 MINUTES, UNTIL GOLDEN AND COOKED THROUGH.
6. (OPTIONAL) BROIL FOR 2–3 MINUTES TO CARAMELIZE TOP.
7. LET REST FOR 5 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
