CUCUMBER BACON RANCH SALAD
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 CUPS SLICED CUCUMBERS
- 1/2 CUP COOKED, CRUMBLED BACON
- 1/2 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 1/3 CUP RANCH DRESSING
- 2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED FRESH PARSLEY OR DILL (OPTIONAL)
- SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
INSTRUCTIONS:
- SLICE CUCUMBERS INTO THIN ROUNDS.
- COOK BACON UNTIL CRISPY, THEN CRUMBLE.
- IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE CUCUMBERS, BACON, AND CHEESE.
- ADD RANCH DRESSING AND HERBS.
- TOSS GENTLY TO COAT EVERYTHING EVENLY.
- CHILL FOR 15–30 MINUTES IF DESIRED.
