CUCUMBER BACON RANCH SALAD


INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 CUPS SLICED CUCUMBERS
  • 1/2 CUP COOKED, CRUMBLED BACON
  • 1/2 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
  • 1/3 CUP RANCH DRESSING
  • 2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED FRESH PARSLEY OR DILL (OPTIONAL)
  • SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. SLICE CUCUMBERS INTO THIN ROUNDS.
  2. COOK BACON UNTIL CRISPY, THEN CRUMBLE.
  3. IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE CUCUMBERS, BACON, AND CHEESE.
  4. ADD RANCH DRESSING AND HERBS.
  5. TOSS GENTLY TO COAT EVERYTHING EVENLY.
  6. CHILL FOR 15–30 MINUTES IF DESIRED.
  7. SERVE AND ENJOY!
