BANANA PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 BANANAS
- 1 CUP FLOUR
- 4 EGGS
- 1 CUP MILK
INSTRUCTIONS:
- MASH THE BANANAS IN A LARGE BOWL.
- ADD THE EGGS AND MIX WELL.
- POUR IN THE MILK AND ADD THE FLOUR. STIR UNTIL SMOOTH.
- HEAT A PAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT.
- POUR BATTER INTO THE PAN TO FORM PANCAKES.
- COOK UNTIL BUBBLES FORM, THEN FLIP AND COOK THE OTHER SIDE.
- SERVE WARM WITH SYRUP, HONEY, OR FRUIT.
