๐ INGREDIENTS:
- 1 FLATBREAD OR PIZZA DOUGH SHEET
- 250g GROUND MEAT (BEEF OR LAMB)
- 1 SMALL ONION, CHOPPED
- 1 GARLIC CLOVE, MINCED
- 1 SMALL GREEN PEPPER, CHOPPED
- SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
- 1 TSP PAPRIKA OR CHILI FLAKES (OPTIONAL)
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED PARSLEY OR GREEN ONIONS
- 1 CUP SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
- 1/2 CUP GRATED CHEESE (FOR TOPPING)
- 2 TBSP OLIVE OIL OR MELTED BUTTER

COOK THE FILLING:
IN A PAN, COOK MEAT, ONION, GARLIC, AND PEPPER.
ADD SALT, PEPPER, AND SPICES.
COOK UNTIL BROWNED. LET COOL.
STIR IN CHOPPED PARSLEY OR GREEN ONIONS. -
ASSEMBLE THE ROLL:
SPREAD FILLING ON FLATBREAD.
ADD SHREDDED MOZZARELLA.
ROLL TIGHTLY INTO A LOG. -
SLICE & PREPARE:
CUT INTO 2 OR 3 PIECES.
PLACE IN GREASED BAKING DISH.
BRUSH WITH OLIVE OIL OR BUTTER.
TOP WITH GRATED CHEESE. -
BAKE:
PREHEAT OVEN TO 190°C (375°F).
BAKE FOR 20–25 MINUTES
UNTIL GOLDEN AND CHEESY ON TOP.
