๐ LEMON YOGURT BISCUITS
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup lemon curd (or softened butter)
DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. -
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl:
Flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and lemon zest. -
Add yogurt and lemon curd.
Stir until the mixture is smooth and thick. -
Scoop and shape the dough.
Flatten gently and cut out biscuit shapes. -
Place on tray and bake for 15–18 minutes
until golden brown on top. -
Cool slightly and serve warm.
