LEMON YOGURT BISCUITS

 
















๐Ÿ‹ LEMON YOGURT BISCUITS


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup lemon curd (or softened butter)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
    Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl:
    Flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and lemon zest.

  3. Add yogurt and lemon curd.
    Stir until the mixture is smooth and thick.

  4. Scoop and shape the dough.
    Flatten gently and cut out biscuit shapes.

  5. Place on tray and bake for 15–18 minutes
    until golden brown on top.

  6. Cool slightly and serve warm.
