๐งพ INGREDIENTS:
- 3 CUPS SWEETENED SHREDDED COCONUT
- 1 CUP SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
- 2 CUPS CHOCOLATE CHIPS OR MELTING CHOCOLATE
- 1 TABLESPOON COCONUT OIL (OPTIONAL)
๐ฅฃ INSTRUCTIONS:
1️⃣ MIX THE COCONUT FILLING
MIX TOGETHER:
➡️ 3 CUPS COCONUT
➡️ 1 CUP CONDENSED MILK
STIR UNTIL STICKY AND WELL COMBINED.
2️⃣ SHAPE THE BARS
FORM SMALL LOGS OR BARS BY HAND.
PLACE THEM ON A TRAY LINED WITH PARCHMENT PAPER.
3️⃣ FREEZE
PUT BARS IN THE FREEZER FOR 20–30 MINUTES
TO MAKE THEM FIRM FOR DIPPING.
4️⃣ MELT THE CHOCOLATE
MELT:
➡️ 2 CUPS CHOCOLATE CHIPS
➡️ (OPTIONAL) 1 TBSP COCONUT OIL
USE A MICROWAVE OR DOUBLE BOILER.
STIR UNTIL SMOOTH.
5️⃣ DIP THE BARS
DIP EACH COLD BAR INTO MELTED CHOCOLATE.
LET EXTRA CHOCOLATE DRIP OFF.
PLACE BACK ON TRAY.
6️⃣ CHILL TO SET
PUT IN FRIDGE FOR 15–20 MINUTES
UNTIL CHOCOLATE IS FIRM.
✅ READY TO ENJOY!
KEEP IN FRIDGE IN A CONTAINER.
