🥥 COCONUT LADOO RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 CUPS DESICCATED COCONUT
- 1 CUP SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
- 1/2 TEASPOON CARDAMOM POWDER (OPTIONAL)
- 1 TABLESPOON GHEE (OPTIONAL)
- EXTRA COCONUT FOR ROLLING
INSTRUCTIONS:

HEAT A PAN ON LOW FLAME.

ADD DESICCATED COCONUT AND TOAST FOR 1–2 MINUTES.

POUR IN CONDENSED MILK AND MIX WELL.

ADD CARDAMOM POWDER. STIR CONSTANTLY.

COOK FOR 4–5 MINUTES UNTIL MIXTURE THICKENS.

TURN OFF HEAT. COOL FOR 5–10 MINUTES.

GREASE YOUR HANDS WITH GHEE.

SHAPE MIXTURE INTO SMALL BALLS (LADOOS).
-
ROLL IN EXTRA COCONUT TO COAT.

LET THEM SET FOR 15 MINUTES.
