FLUFFY CHOCOLATE PAN CAKE

 










๐Ÿฅ„ INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 CUP ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
  • 2 TBSP COCOA POWDER
  • 1/2 CUP SUGAR
  • 1 TSP BAKING POWDER
  • 1/2 TSP BAKING SODA
  • 1 PINCH SALT
  • 3/4 CUP MILK
  • 1/4 CUP OIL or MELTED BUTTER
  • 1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
  • 1 TBSP VINEGAR or LEMON JUICE

๐Ÿฝ️ INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. MIX DRY INGREDIENTS

    • FLOUR, COCOA POWDER, SUGAR, BAKING POWDER,
      BAKING SODA, AND SALT
  2. ADD WET INGREDIENTS

    • MILK, OIL, VANILLA, AND VINEGAR
    • MIX UNTIL SMOOTH
  3. GREASE A NONSTICK PAN

    • HEAT ON LOW FLAME
  4. POUR THE BATTER INTO THE PAN

    • COVER WITH A LID
  5. COOK ON LOW HEAT FOR

    • 20 TO 25 MINUTES
    • UNTIL A TOOTHPICK COMES OUT CLEAN
  6. LET IT COOL, CUT, AND ENJOY!


✅ TIPS:

  • USE A HEAVY-BOTTOMED PAN
  • DON’T OPEN THE LID TOO OFTEN
  • COOK SLOWLY FOR EVEN BAKING
