JUICY PORK CHOPS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 Pork Chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • (Optional: Fresh Herbs – Rosemary or Thyme)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. PAT THE PORK CHOPS DRY with paper towels.
  2. SEASON both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. HEAT OLIVE OIL in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. ADD PORK CHOPS to the hot pan.
  5. COOK FOR 4 TO 5 MINUTES per side, until browned and cooked through.
  6. INTERNAL TEMP SHOULD BE 145°F (63°C). Use a meat thermometer.
  7. LET CHOPS REST FOR 5 MINUTES before serving.
