JUICY PORK CHOPS
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 Pork Chops (bone-in or boneless)
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- (Optional: Fresh Herbs – Rosemary or Thyme)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- PAT THE PORK CHOPS DRY with paper towels.
- SEASON both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- HEAT OLIVE OIL in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- ADD PORK CHOPS to the hot pan.
- COOK FOR 4 TO 5 MINUTES per side, until browned and cooked through.
- INTERNAL TEMP SHOULD BE 145°F (63°C). Use a meat thermometer.
- LET CHOPS REST FOR 5 MINUTES before serving.
