CRAB CRUNCHIES RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can (6 oz) crab meat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS
- DRAIN the crab meat.
- MIX crab, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, and seasoning in a bowl.
- SHAPE into small balls or patties.
- HEAT oil in a pan over medium heat.
- FRY the patties until golden brown (2–3 minutes per side).
- DRAIN on paper towels.
- SERVE hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
