CRAB CRUNCHIES RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can (6 oz) crab meat
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. DRAIN the crab meat.
  2. MIX crab, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, and seasoning in a bowl.
  3. SHAPE into small balls or patties.
  4. HEAT oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. FRY the patties until golden brown (2–3 minutes per side).
  6. DRAIN on paper towels.
  7. SERVE hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
