Ground Beef and Gravy ๐Ÿฅฉ๐Ÿ›

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Optional: a pinch of thyme or parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Beef
    In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
