FRUIT JELLY YOGURT CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- Assorted fruits:
(Sliced kiwi, orange, strawberries, pomegranate, etc.)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. PREPARE THE GELATIN
- Mix 2 tbsp gelatin with 1/4 cup water.
- Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Gently heat until fully dissolved.
2. MAKE THE MIXTURE
- In a large bowl, mix:
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Stir until smooth and creamy.
3. ADD GELATIN TO MIXTURE
- Slowly pour in the dissolved gelatin.
- Mix well until fully combined.
4. PREPARE THE MOLD
- In a loaf pan or mold, arrange fruits decoratively.
- Use bright slices like kiwi, orange, and berries.
5. POUR & SET
- Pour the yogurt mixture gently over the fruits.
- Tap the mold to remove air bubbles.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm.
6. UNMOLD & SERVE
- Once set, loosen edges and gently remove from mold.
- Slice and enjoy your colorful, creamy fruit cake!
