Ingredients:
- 2 lobster tails, split in half lengthwise
- 8 large sea scallops, patted dry

- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (plus extra for garnish)
- Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes

- Pat the scallops dry with paper towels to ensure a good sear.
- Season both the lobster and scallops with salt and pepper.
