Ingredients:
- 2 cups pasta (elbow, rotini, or shells work well)
- 1 can (5–6 oz) tuna in water, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream or plain yogurt (optional for extra creaminess)
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion or green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen peas (thawed) or sweet corn
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
