Classic Cabbage Rolls

 










Ingredients:


1 large head of cabbage ๐Ÿฅฌ


1 lb ground beef ๐Ÿ„


1/2 lb ground pork ๐Ÿ–


1 cup cooked rice ๐Ÿš


1 small onion, diced ๐Ÿง…


2 cloves garlic, minced ๐Ÿง„


1 egg ๐Ÿฅš


Salt & pepper ๐Ÿง‚


1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce ๐Ÿ…


1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes ๐Ÿ…


1 tbsp sugar (optional) ๐Ÿฌ



Instructions:


1. Boil cabbage leaves for 3–5 mins until soft. Drain and set aside. ♨️



2. In a bowl, mix beef, pork, rice, onion, garlic, egg, salt & pepper. ๐Ÿฅ„



3. Place meat mixture in center of each leaf, roll tightly like a burrito. ๐ŸŒฏ



4. Layer rolls in a baking dish.



5. Mix tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and sugar, then pour over rolls. ๐Ÿ…



6. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour. ⏱️

Keto Cabbage Rolls ๐Ÿฅฌ๐Ÿง€๐Ÿฅฉ (No Rice!)


Ingredients:


1 large head of cabbage ๐Ÿฅฌ


1 lb ground beef ๐Ÿ„


1/2 cup riced cauliflower (optional) ๐Ÿฅฆ


1/2 cup shredded cheese ๐Ÿง€


1 small onion, diced ๐Ÿง…


2 cloves garlic, minced ๐Ÿง„


1 egg ๐Ÿฅš


1/2 cup sugar-free marinara sauce ๐Ÿ…


Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning ๐ŸŒฟ



Instructions:


1. Soften cabbage leaves in boiling water. ♨️



2. Mix beef, cauliflower, cheese, onion, garlic, egg, and seasoning. ๐Ÿฅ„



3. Roll filling into cabbage leaves and place in a baking dish. ๐ŸŒฏ



4. Pour marinara sauce over the top. ๐Ÿ…



5. Cover and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 40–50 minutes. ⏲️
