Thick & Creamy Cheesecake with Cookie Crust









Ingredients:


Crust:


2 cups crushed graham crackers or cookies ๐Ÿช


1/2 cup melted butter ๐Ÿงˆ


2 tbsp sugar (or sugar substitute for sugar-free) ๐Ÿฏ



Filling:


4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened ๐Ÿง€


1 cup sugar (or erythritol for sugar-free) ๐Ÿญ


1 tsp vanilla extract ๐ŸŒฟ


4 large eggs ๐Ÿฅš


1 cup sour cream (for extra creaminess!) ๐Ÿฅ„


2 tbsp flour (optional, for structure) ๐ŸŒพ

Instructions:


1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) ๐Ÿ”ฅ



2. Make the crust:

Mix crushed cookies + melted butter + sugar. Press into bottom and sides of a square baking pan. Bake for 10 min. ๐Ÿ•’



3. Make the filling:

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla, and eggs (one at a time). Mix in sour cream and flour. Blend until silky. ✨



4. Pour into crust and smooth the top. Bake 50–60 minutes until set but still a bit jiggly in the center. ๐Ÿง



5. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. ❄️
