Fluffy Stuffed Pancake Balls

1 cup all-purpose flour (or almond flour for keto) ๐ŸŒพ

1 tbsp sweetener (monk fruit, erythritol, or sugar-free alternative) ๐Ÿฏ


1 pinch salt ๐Ÿง‚


1 egg ๐Ÿฅš


¾ cup milk (or almond milk for keto) ๐Ÿฅ›


½ tsp vanilla extract ๐ŸŒฟ


1 tbsp melted butter ๐Ÿงˆ


½ cup filling of choice (chocolate, jam, or cream cheese) ๐Ÿซ๐Ÿ“



Instructions ๐Ÿณ


1️⃣ Mix the batter: In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, sweetener, and salt. Add the egg, milk, vanilla, and melted butter. Stir until smooth. ๐Ÿฅฃ✨
