Garlic Sesame Beef Stir-Fry

 









Ingredients ๐Ÿ›’


1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced ๐Ÿฅฉ


1 onion, sliced ๐Ÿง…


1 red bell pepper, chopped ๐ŸŒถ️


1 green bell pepper, chopped ๐Ÿซ‘


3 cloves garlic, minced ๐Ÿง„


2 tbsp soy sauce ๐Ÿฅข


1 tbsp oyster sauce ๐Ÿฆช


1 tsp sesame oil ๐ŸŒฟ


1 tsp ginger, grated ๐Ÿซš


1 tbsp sesame seeds ⚪


1 tbsp olive oil ๐Ÿซ’


½ tsp black pepper ๐Ÿ–ค


½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional) ๐ŸŒถ️



Instructions ๐Ÿณ


1️⃣ Marinate the beef: In a bowl, mix beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and ginger. Let it sit for 15 minutes. ๐Ÿ•’


2️⃣ Heat the pan: In a wok or large pan, heat olive oil over high heat. ๐Ÿ”ฅ


3️⃣ Sautรฉ garlic: Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. ๐Ÿง„๐Ÿ‘ƒ


4️⃣ Cook the beef: Add marinated beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from pan and set aside. ๐Ÿฅฉ๐Ÿ”ฅ


5️⃣ Stir-fry veggies: In the same pan, add onion and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender. ๐Ÿซ‘๐Ÿง…๐ŸŒถ️


6️⃣ Combine: Return the beef to the pan, drizzle with sesame oil, and sprinkle sesame seeds. Toss everything together. ๐Ÿฅข⚪
