Melon

 








1. Melon Mint Salad (Refreshing & Light)


Ingredients:


2 cups watermelon, cubed


2 cups cantaloupe, cubed


2 cups honeydew melon, cubed


2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped


1 tbsp honey or lime juice


A pinch of sea salt (enhances sweetness)



Instructions:


1. Mix all melon cubes in a bowl.



2. Drizzle with honey or lime juice and toss gently.



3. Sprinkle fresh mint and a pinch of sea salt.



4. Chill for 15 minutes before serving.

2. Melon Smoothie (Healthy & Creamy)


Ingredients:


1 cup melon of choice (cubed and frozen)


½ cup Greek yogurt or coconut milk


1 tbsp honey or maple syrup


½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)


A handful of ice cubes



Instructions:


1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.



2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

3. Prosciutto-Wrapped Melon (Savory & Sweet)


Ingredients:


1 small cantaloupe, sliced into wedges


6-8 slices prosciutto


½ tsp black pepper


1 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional)



Instructions:


1. Wrap each melon wedge with a slice of prosciutto.



2. Sprinkle with black pepper and drizzle balsamic glaze if using.



3. Serve immediately as an appetizer.

4. Melon Agua Fresca (Refreshing Drink)


Ingredients:


2 cups melon (any type), cubed


1 ½ cups cold water


1 tbsp lime juice


1 tbsp honey or sugar (adjust to taste)



Instructions:


1. Blend melon, water, lime juice, and honey until smooth.



2. Strain (optional) and serve over ice.
