½ cup milk (any kind)
½ cup oat flour (or blended oats)

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small baking dish.
2. In a bowl, whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and milk until smooth.
3. Stir in oat flour and baking powder, mixing until combined.
4. Gently fold in blueberries (save a few for topping).
5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with nuts if using.
6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden brown and set in the center.
