🥦 ROASTED CAULIFLOWER STEAKS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice cauliflower into thick steaks (about 1-inch slices).
  3. Brush both sides with olive oil.
  4. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley.

✅ Serve hot as a main or side dish!
