🥦 ROASTED CAULIFLOWER STEAKS
INGREDIENTS
- 1 large cauliflower
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Slice cauliflower into thick steaks (about 1-inch slices).
- Brush both sides with olive oil.
- Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
