  • 1 lb lean ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni, cooked al dente
  • 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth (or water + bouillon cube)
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

  1. Brown the Beef:
    In a skillet, cook ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.

  2. Add to Crock Pot:

    Cook on LOW for 4–6 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.

  4. Add Pasta & Cheese:
