Ingredients
Crust:

- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs

- 1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (for thickening)
Instructions
Make the crust:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
