Here’s a White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake recipe that’s creamy, dreamy, and perfect for any occasion!

White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake

Ingredients:
For the crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter

For the cheesecake filling:

  • 225g (8 oz) white chocolate, chopped
  • 680g (24 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, chopped

For the topping (optional but delicious):

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tbsp strawberry jam (warmed to drizzle)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.

  2. Make the crust:

    • Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
    • Press the mixture into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  3. Melt the white chocolate gently in a microwave or double boiler. Let cool slightly.

  4. Make the filling:

    • Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla, mix well.
    • Add eggs one at a time, beating on low.
    • Mix in sour cream and melted white chocolate.
    • Fold in chopped strawberries.
  5. Bake the cheesecake:

    • Pour the filling over the crust.
    • Bake for 55–65 minutes or until the center is almost set.
    • Turn off oven, leave cheesecake inside for 1 hour. Then chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Add topping (optional):

    • Arrange sliced strawberries on top. Drizzle with warm strawberry jam.
