For the Cake:

  • 1 box yellow cake mix (or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs πŸ₯š
  • 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple (with juice) 🍍
  • 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut πŸ₯₯
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or plain yogurt

For the Topping:

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple (drained) 🍍
  • 1 cup shredded coconut πŸ₯₯
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) πŸ”₯. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cake mix, oil, eggs, pineapple (with juice), coconut, and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Pour into the pan and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean ✅.
