Ingredients:

  • 4 medium potatoes (Yukon gold or russet) ๐Ÿฅ”
  • 1/4 cup melted butter ๐Ÿงˆ
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese ๐Ÿง€
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder ๐Ÿง„
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste ๐Ÿง‚
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (parsley or chives) ๐ŸŒฟ

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) ๐Ÿ”ฅ.
  2. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
  3. In a shallow dish, mix Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the cut side of each potato half with melted butter.
  5. Press the cut side into the Parmesan mixture to coat it generously.
  6. Place potatoes cut-side down on a greased baking sheet or lined with parchment.
