  • ½ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy like almond, oat, or coconut)
  • ½ cup ice (optional, for a thicker texture)
  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, if you want extra sweetness)
  • Optional: a handful of spinach for a green boost, or a tablespoon of chia seeds for fiber

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness (add more milk to thin it, more banana or ice to thicken).
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
