INGREDIENTS
- 6 WAFFLE CONES
- 2 CUPS CREAM CHEESE, softened
- 1 CUP WHIPPED TOPPING (like Cool Whip)
- 1/2 CUP POWDERED SUGAR
- 1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
- 2 CUPS DICED PEACHES (fresh or canned, drained)
- 1/2 CUP GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS or streusel topping
- 1/4 CUP SWEET CONDENSED MILK (optional for drizzle)
INSTRUCTIONS

MAKE THE FILLING
In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add whipped topping, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
Mix until light and fluffy. -
PREPARE THE PEACHES
If using canned, drain well.
Chop into small pieces. -
FILL THE CONES
Spoon cheesecake mixture into each cone.
Add a layer of diced peaches.
Top with graham cracker crumbs. -
DRIZZLE & CHILL
Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the top.
Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
TIPS:
- Use a piping bag for neater filling.
- Serve immediately after chilling for best crunch!
