PEACH COBBLER CHEESECAKE CONES

 










INGREDIENTS

  • 6 WAFFLE CONES
  • 2 CUPS CREAM CHEESE, softened
  • 1 CUP WHIPPED TOPPING (like Cool Whip)
  • 1/2 CUP POWDERED SUGAR
  • 1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
  • 2 CUPS DICED PEACHES (fresh or canned, drained)
  • 1/2 CUP GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS or streusel topping
  • 1/4 CUP SWEET CONDENSED MILK (optional for drizzle)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. MAKE THE FILLING
    In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Add whipped topping, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
    Mix until light and fluffy.

  2. PREPARE THE PEACHES
    If using canned, drain well.
    Chop into small pieces.

  3. FILL THE CONES
    Spoon cheesecake mixture into each cone.
    Add a layer of diced peaches.
    Top with graham cracker crumbs.

  4. DRIZZLE & CHILL
    Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the top.
    Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.


TIPS:

  • Use a piping bag for neater filling.
  • Serve immediately after chilling for best crunch!
