ORANGE FLUFF SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box orange Jell-O
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 (15 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the orange Jell-O with 1 cup boiling water.
    Stir until completely dissolved.

  2. Add 1/2 cup cold water.
    Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes, until slightly thickened.

  3. Whisk in the vanilla pudding mix until smooth and well combined.

  4. Fold in the whipped topping, then add the mandarin oranges,
    crushed pineapple (if using), and mini marshmallows.

  5. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to set and chill.

  6. Serve cold. Garnish with whipped cream, oranges, or marshmallows if desired.
