ORANGE FLUFF SALAD
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 (3.4 oz) box orange Jell-O
- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 (15 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:

In a large bowl, mix the orange Jell-O with 1 cup boiling water.
Stir until completely dissolved. -
Add 1/2 cup cold water.
Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes, until slightly thickened. -
Whisk in the vanilla pudding mix until smooth and well combined.

Fold in the whipped topping, then add the mandarin oranges,
crushed pineapple (if using), and mini marshmallows. -
Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to set and chill.

Serve cold. Garnish with whipped cream, oranges, or marshmallows if desired.
