HOMEMADE BLENDER ROLLS
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup warm milk
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar (optional, for a touch of sweetness)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS

In a blender, combine:
Warm milk, sugar, oil (or butter), and yeast.
Blend for 15–20 seconds. -
Let the mixture sit for 5–10 minutes
until foamy (to activate the yeast). -
Pour into a large mixing bowl.

Add flour and salt.
Mix with a spoon or dough hook until a soft dough forms. -
Knead the dough
for about 5–7 minutes (by hand or mixer). -
Cover and let rise
for 1 hour, or until doubled in size. -
Divide dough into 12–16 balls.
Shape and place on a greased or lined baking tray. -
Let rise again for 20–30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Bake for 15–20 minutes
or until the tops are golden brown. -
Let cool slightly. Serve warm or room temp.
