BLENDER SPONGE CAKE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 CUP SUGAR
- ½ CUP VEGETABLE OIL
- 3 EGGS
- 1 CUP ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
- 1 TSP BAKING POWDER
- 1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT (optional)
- ¼ CUP MILK (optional, for softer texture)
INSTRUCTIONS

PREHEAT oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease and line a round cake pan. -
BLEND TOGETHER:
- 1 CUP SUGAR
- ½ CUP VEGETABLE OIL
- 3 EGGS
- 1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT (optional)
Blend for 30–60 seconds until smooth.

ADD TO BLENDER:
- 1 CUP FLOUR
- 1 TSP BAKING POWDER
- ¼ CUP MILK (optional)
Blend again until smooth.

POUR batter into the cake pan.

BAKE for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

COOL before removing from the pan.
