BLENDER SPONGE CAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 CUP SUGAR
  • ½ CUP VEGETABLE OIL
  • 3 EGGS
  • 1 CUP ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
  • 1 TSP BAKING POWDER
  • 1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT (optional)
  • ¼ CUP MILK (optional, for softer texture)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F (175°C).
    Grease and line a round cake pan.

  2. BLEND TOGETHER:

    • 1 CUP SUGAR
    • ½ CUP VEGETABLE OIL
    • 3 EGGS
    • 1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT (optional)
      Blend for 30–60 seconds until smooth.
  3. ADD TO BLENDER:

    • 1 CUP FLOUR
    • 1 TSP BAKING POWDER
    • ¼ CUP MILK (optional)
      Blend again until smooth.
  4. POUR batter into the cake pan.

  5. BAKE for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  6. COOL before removing from the pan.
