Ingredients:

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara or pasta sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (optional for extra richness)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat & Prep:
    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 baking dish.

  2. Boil Pasta:
    Cook spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. Cook Meat:
    In a large skillet, brown the ground beef/sausage. Drain excess fat. Add marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, and simmer for 5 minutes.

  4. Creamy Base:
    In a large bowl, mix the hot spaghetti with cream cheese (and sour cream if using) until melted and creamy. Add salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
