π₯π³ Bacon, Egg & Tater Tot Casserole π₯π§
A breakfast (or brinner!) hero that’s hearty, cheesy, and irresistibly crispy.
Bacon, Egg & Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese blend)
- 6–8 strips cooked bacon, chopped (or substitute with sausage)
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13" baking dish.

Layer tater tots evenly in the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle chopped bacon and shredded cheese over the top (and onions, if using).

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture evenly over the casserole.

Bake uncovered for 45–50 minutes, or until eggs are set and top is golden and crispy.

Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with green onions or parsley if desired.
Serving Tip: Pair with a dollop of sour cream, hot sauce, or avocado slices.
