5-INGREDIENT CREAMY LAYERED DESSERT
INGREDIENTS:
- 200g Ladyfinger Biscuits (or Graham Crackers)
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (397g)
- 250g Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1 cup Whipping Cream (240ml, cold)
- Cocoa Powder or Grated Chocolate (for topping)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Make the Cream Filling
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and mix well.
- In another bowl, whip whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
2. Layer the Dessert
- Place a layer of ladyfingers in a dish.
- Spread half of the cream mixture on top.
- Add another layer of ladyfingers.
- Spread the rest of the cream on top.
3. Chill
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
4. Serve
- Dust with cocoa powder or grated chocolate.
- Slice and enjoy!
