Ingredients
For the Cake:

For the Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese, softened ๐ง
½ cup unsalted butter, softened ๐ง
2 cups powdered sugar (or sugar-free alternative) ❄️๐ซ
1 tsp vanilla extract ๐ฟ
½ cup chopped pecans for topping ๐ฐ
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch pan ๐บ.
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Add eggs, crushed pineapple with juice, and pecans. Stir until combined ๐ฅ.
3️⃣ Pour batter into the pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean ⏳.
4️⃣ While cake cools, beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth ๐.
