Creamy Almond Cake

2 cups almond flour ๐ŸŒฐ


1/2 cup coconut flour ๐Ÿฅฅ


1 tsp baking powder ๐Ÿง


1/2 cup butter, melted ๐Ÿงˆ


1/2 cup sugar-free sweetener ๐Ÿฏ


4 eggs ๐Ÿฅš


1 tsp vanilla extract ๐ŸŒฟ


1/2 cup heavy cream ๐Ÿฅ›



For the filling:


1 cup cream cheese ๐Ÿง€


1/4 cup powdered sweetener ๐Ÿš


1 tsp lemon zest ๐Ÿ‹



For topping:


Sliced almonds ๐ŸŒฐ


Powdered sweetener (for dusting) ❄️



Instructions ๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐Ÿณ


1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) ๐Ÿ”ฅ and grease a baking pan.

2️⃣ Mix almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder in a bowl.

3️⃣ In another bowl, whisk melted butter, sweetener, eggs, vanilla, and cream.

4️⃣ Combine the dry and wet ingredients until smooth.

5️⃣ In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sweetener, and lemon zest.

6️⃣ Pour half of the batter into the pan, spread the cream cheese mixture, then add the remaining batter on top.

7️⃣ Sprinkle sliced almonds and bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown. ๐Ÿฏ

8️⃣ Let it cool, then dust with powdered sweetener before serving.
