Cheesy Cauliflower Fritters

 











Ingredients


2 cups cauliflower, finely grated ๐Ÿฅฆ


2 eggs ๐Ÿฅš๐Ÿฅš


1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) ๐Ÿง€


1/4 cup almond flour ๐ŸŒฐ


1/2 tsp garlic powder ๐Ÿง„


1/2 tsp salt ๐Ÿง‚


1/4 tsp black pepper ๐ŸŒฟ


2 tbsp olive oil for frying ๐Ÿซ’



Instructions


1️⃣ Prep the Cauliflower: Steam the grated cauliflower for 5 minutes, then squeeze out excess water using a towel.

2️⃣ Mix: In a bowl, combine cauliflower, eggs, cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

3️⃣ Shape: Form small patties with your hands.

4️⃣ Fry: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook each fritter for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. ๐Ÿณ

5️⃣ Serve: Enjoy warm with sour cream or your favorite dipping sauce! ๐Ÿ˜‹
