Keto Crab Salad

 











Ingredients:


1 lb imitation crab (or real crab meat) ๐Ÿฆ€


1/2 cup mayonnaise ๐Ÿฅ„


1/4 cup sour cream ๐Ÿถ


1 tbsp Dijon mustard ๐ŸŒฟ


1/2 tsp garlic powder ๐Ÿง„


1/2 tsp onion powder ๐Ÿง…


1/2 tsp paprika ๐ŸŒถ️


2 celery stalks, chopped ๐Ÿฅ’


1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped ๐ŸŒฟ


1 tbsp lemon juice ๐Ÿ‹


Salt & pepper to taste ๐Ÿง‚



Instructions:


1️⃣ Chop the crab meat into bite-sized pieces. ๐Ÿ”ช

2️⃣ In a bowl, mix mayo, sour cream, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. ๐Ÿฅ„

3️⃣ Add the crab meat, celery, and dill to the bowl. Mix well. ๐Ÿฅ—

4️⃣ Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and stir. ๐Ÿ‹

5️⃣ Chill for 15-20 minutes before serving. ❄️

6️⃣ Enjoy it on lettuce wraps, with keto crackers, or by itself! ๐Ÿ˜‹
