- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon cumin (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

- ½ cup extra tomato sauce (for the baking dish)

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Peppers
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
- Cut off the tops and remove the seeds and membranes inside.
- Lightly brush the peppers with olive oil and sprinkle a little salt and pepper inside.
- Place them upright in a baking dish.
Step 2: Prepare the Filling
- Heat a pan over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add chopped onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.
